Spades Card Game
Spades, is a trick taking card game played with four players that attempt to predict how many tricks they will take in a given hand. The game is played with two teams, and team mates sit across from each other. Each player must bid on the number of tricks they believe they can take with a given hand, and the bids of a team are added up to make a team bid that the team is obligated to make by winning tricks. If a team fails to make it's bid, it loses 10 points for every trick bid. If it makes it's bid, it gets 10 points for every trick bid, and 1 point for every trick in excess of the bid.
